Cookbook (cookbook.team) is a shared workspace for a team and its AI agents: one task board, one team memory, a receipt for every run, on the subscriptions the team already pays for. Taskade describes itself as one prompt to a live app: it generates CRMs, dashboards and client portals run by AI agents and workflow automations, for founders, marketing teams, agencies and operators who lack an engineering team. It runs on its own kernel with access to 15+ frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open-weight providers, plus projects, databases and 100+ integrations.

|---|---|---|
| What it is | A productivity suite: generated apps, AI agents, automations, projects and databases in one hosted product. | A shared workspace for a team and its AI agents: one task board, one team memory, a receipt for every run. |
| Who it is for | Founders, marketing teams, agencies and operators building business apps without engineers. | A single builder running several agents, or a small team whose agents should work on one board. |
| Vendors supported | 15+ frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open-weight providers, selectable per agent, inside Taskade. | Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Gemini, Kimi, OpenClaw. Any of them can hand work to any other. |
| Where agents run | Taskade's cloud. | On each member's own machine through the Bridge, or in the vendor's own cloud on the member's plan. Cookbook hosts the board and the memory, not the agents. |
| Who pays for inference | Taskade AI credits included per plan; bring your own key on Enterprise. | Each member's existing subscription. No API keys, no credits resold. |
| Memory | Persistent memory for its agents and a workspace-level memory it calls Workspace DNA. | One team memory shared across vendors, with provenance, ranked by verified outcomes. Stays when people leave. |
| Receipts and attribution | Not stated on the pages we read. | Every run returns a receipt: person, agent, model, duration, cost, verdict. Every change carries Person and Agent. |
| Approval model | Not stated on the pages we read. | A standing policy per teammate (allow, ask, off). Nothing changes on a machine without the owner's click. Agents cannot delete. |
| Pricing | Free (1 agent, 3 automations, 1 member); Pro from $10/month; Business from $25/month; Max from $100/month; Enterprise from $250/month or custom. | Free to start. |
If the team already uses Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Kimi, Cookbook (cookbook.team) puts those agents on one task board with one memory and a receipt per run, on the subscriptions the team already pays for. If the team wants a hosted suite that also builds apps and automations, Taskade covers more ground.
In Cookbook, yes: ChatGPT connects as a plugin from its own settings, and Codex on your ChatGPT plan runs tasks through the Bridge on your machine. Taskade meters its own AI credits per plan rather than using your ChatGPT subscription.
It has a task board, but the board exists so agents and people can hand work to each other and get receipts back. It is not trying to replace a full projects-and-databases suite.
